The Pantry Supper Club is a monthly dining event held at various locations around Amman. Typically a six-course dinner with paired wines, the dinners showcase the different styles and flavors that Chef Sally Jane has a flair for, while focusing on using local Jordanian ingredients.
These are small events and tickets sell out quickly! If you’re interested in finding out about upcoming events, please check out the Chef Sally Jane Facebook page for updates. Additionally, information about upcoming events will be posted here, so please check back often!

Reviews from the first event:
What an incredible evening it was! The food truly transported me to each of those places. My feet were farther off the ground with every bite!
Sally, your food will transform Jordan’s culinary scene into something we’ve never had before. I’m anxiously waiting for the next one! The scones were scrumptious! Glad I lingered until everyone left to get a handful of them! I can add nothing more than a massive: Compliments to the Chef! — Leen Ali Hassan
Thank you Sally and Sakher and Mario and Haddad Plaza and Ghazi! For a wonderful evening. It was so refreshing to go out not knowing who you’d be sitting with, only to discover old friends, lovely acquaintances and some new faces it was a pleasure to meet. More important were the spectacular courses that never failed to garner plenty of mmmms and wows and ‘how delicious’! Being paired with excellent wines only brought out the flavours even more and added a wonderful flare to the evening. I second Rania’s advice: get on chef Sally’s list! Highly recommended. Sahtein! — Zeina Sahyoun
Chef Sally Hurst did a wonderful job this week with her artistic culinary talents. Highly recommended. Get on her list! — Rania Atalla
Thank you Sally! We had a very enjoyable evening, the mozzarella and the lamb were outstanding, only wish we could have heard more from you 🙂 — Karin Brunby
